Pastor Bobby and 1st Lady Brenda Davis are truly God’s appointed leaders “Walking in their Season”.
After nineteen years of dedicated service, Pastor Davis yet recognizes the great call upon his life to lead God’s people. With his wife by his side, Pastor and Sister Davis continually strive to bring forth the Vision that God has given them; to train, develop, and effect change in the lives of God’s people, both in the church and the community, both spiritually and naturally.
Because of their unwavering faith in God, the Vision and Mission of RSCC is yet alive and well. Along with a great leadership team, disciples are being developed through focused biblical teaching and training, the lost are being strategically evangelized monthly through community and street witnessing, and souls are being saved and added to the church weekly.
Pastor and 1st Lady Davis truly believe that we cannot love God, without truly loving God’s people. And because of the great love that exists here at RSCC, our church family has been able to pray together and stay together in the midst of the storms and the rain, while yet giving God the praise. But also celebrate the joys and blessings together, while yet giving God the Glory!
Pastor and 1st Lady Davis have never ceased to lead RSCC as God has led them, but have been found to be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. 1st Lady Davis serves as the President of the Women’s Ministry. And in spite of various health obstacles, she is yet determined to give God the highest praise and serve the women of God by example; with virtue and honor while standing by the side with her husband. Pastor Davis continues to walk in faith and godly character as he serves the people of God. He is man of humble spirit, full of love for God’s people, a preacher and teacher of the Word of God, a man of integrity, a great spiritual leader with a Vision and loving Shepherd of his flock!
Today, we celebrate our leaders appointed for such a time as this. As we walk in our Season, we trust and believe that God’s anointing will continue to be upon them. We pray that his hand will continue to be upon this great ministry and that his blessings will continue to be upon this great people of God.
